STAND FOR VENEZUELA — STAND FOR HUMAN RIGHTS
Join us for four days of peaceful protest in the heart of Amsterdam to raise our voices for freedom, justice, and human dignity in Venezuela.
From June 24th to 27th, we will gather at Dam Square, right in front of the Royal Palace, to denounce the ongoing human rights violations, repression, and authoritarian rule in Venezuela. While the world turns its eyes to elections and diplomacy, millions of Venezuelans continue to suffer under a regime that silences dissent, jails its opponents, and denies its people the right to live freely.
WHY ARE WE PROTESTING?
- Venezuela holds hundreds of political prisoners, including students, journalists, and human rights defenders.
- Citizens face daily censorship, violence, and food insecurity.
- The recent electoral processes have been marked by manipulation and the exclusion of opposition candidates.
- Independent voices are exiled, silenced, or criminalized.
This is not just about politics — it’s about human rights, justice, and dignity. And the international community must not remain silent.
JOIN US TO:
- Show solidarity with the Venezuelan people.
- Demand freedom for all political prisoners.
- Call for fair and democratic elections.
- Raise awareness in the Netherlands and across Europe.
Bring your flags, posters, drums, and voices. Whether you’re Venezuelan, Latin American, European, or simply a believer in democracy — your presence matters.
Let’s turn Dam Square into a space of hope, resistance, and solidarity.
